Limited Lifetime Warranty

At qshop.id, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That's why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to ensure your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with the materials or workmanship of your qshop.id tumbler or bottle, we'll happily replace the defective parts at no extra cost—just provide proof of purchase from an authorized seller. In rare cases, if an exact replacement isn’t available, we may substitute a similar product from our current range. To start your claim, simply fill out the form below.

What’s Covered:

• Defects in Material
• Issues with Craftsmanship

What’s Not Covered:

• Everyday wear and tear
• Accidental damage (drops, dents, scratches, paint chips, etc.)
• Improper use, care, or cleaning (including lingering odors)

Please note that qshop.id makes no other express or implied warranties regarding the product, its merchantability, or its fitness for any particular purpose. The "lifetime" of the warranty refers to the expected life of the product itself.

This warranty is void if the product has been repaired or modified by anyone other than our team. We may request photos to verify any defects, and in some cases, the product may need to be returned for further inspection.

We do not offer refunds or monetary compensation, and this warranty is non-transferable. The total liability for any product-related issue will not exceed the original purchase price. qshop.id is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
